Through hands-on workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative planning, the team outlined the main components of the app, which will include gamified missions, photo challenges, geolocation tasks, and a carbon footprint calculator. The app will support both in-class and outdoor learning, helping students connect with nature through digital exploration.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to work sessions, the programme featured cultural visits to Belianska Cave, High Tatras, Spi\u0161sk\u00e1 Nov\u00e1 Ves, Slovak Paradise, Levo\u010da, and Ko\u0161ice, strengthening the partnership and grounding the digital content in real-world heritage.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting marked a key turning point in the project, shifting from curriculum development to digital innovation. The app is currently being tested in schools across all partner countries, with a full release planned for Spring 2025.<\/p>\n<p>As EMME goes digital, students will soon have a powerful new way to learn, explore, and connect with the memory of the Earth \u2014 one mission at a time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In August 2024, the EMME team met in Slovakia to launch Work Package 3 \u2013 developing the project\u2019s mobile app with gamified missions, geolocation tasks, and eco-tools.
